High-Performance Tenant Build-out: Timely Investment in Efficiency

Tenants moving in to newly built or renovated office space can select an energy efficient build-out to better meet their business and sustainability goals. A high-performance build-out – one that includes investments in energy efficiency in the tenant’s space – can have other benefits that include improved indoor air quality, greater worker satisfaction and productivity, enhanced brand or public image, and customer attraction and retention.
